New Feature: Values Summary Page

The Values Summary Page in the VMAVI, EOV & FAVI reports is now two pages:

  • Page 1 lists, in alphabetic order, all the values (with priorities) the person chose,
  • Page 2 lists the same values but in priority order.

The updated reports can be viewed at this page:

 Note...

  • Unless using MissionControl at our UK site, you should see Intranet1 in the web address of MissionControl, otherwise you are not logged in to the latest version.
  • Always log in to MissionControl from http://www.minessence.net -- the reason for this is that logging in this way ensures you are auto-switched to the latest MissionControl version.
  • Apart from using ValScan (which is only available at the UK site)--the mirror site version of MissionControl should only be used in emergencies as there is no guarantee the mirror site is using the latest versions of software.

Change to Group Scoring

By popular request, the scoring of groups has been improved:

  • The priority order of values remains unchanged, however, scores are now normalized. This means the highest priority score for any group is 100 (the same as for individuals) all other scores are proportionally less based on the ratio of the maximum actual score to 100.

The result is that group reports are much easier to read and to compare with other groups. The readability of graphical reports, such the Values Map, is also significantly improved.
